New Business Policies

Our current economy model is based on fiat currency and stock market derivatives, which have no intrinsic value. This mean that our economy is based on faith in something that has no value or does not exist in reality! Moreover, our economy requires eternal exponential growth in the consumption of goods, regardless of the deterioration of our ecology or the permanent depletion of our natural resources.

Everyone's dream of getting rich has become a nightmare! The citizens are becoming increasingly poor to the benefit of very, very few extremely rich people who have enslaved us on credit...

New Business model

It's time to rethink our business model! We don't need money; we need goods, services, better living conditions in a flourishing planetary ecology. In a modern economy, business should not primarily benefit few leaders but everyone!

In order to avoid any abuse and to maximize the contribution to help the population, each manufacturing plant or service establishment must respect these rules:

Rule 1 - The accounting ledger and the production report will be produced in real time on a public ledger (Blockchain), which can be consulted by everyone, thus avoiding any abuse or corruption.

Rule 2 - While the highest salary paid to anyone (worker, manager, administrator, owner, etc.) cannot be more than twice the lowest salary paid in the company, the social benefits (perks) must be the same for everyone. This will help reducing the gap between the richest and the poorest citizens.

Rule 3 - Any increase in salary or other benefits must be commensurate with the reduction in the sale price of the goods or services. If a business is highly profitable, it should benefit its employees as well as its customers who have supported it.

Rule 4 - Everything produced must be done accordingly to: No planned obsolescence ever, Easy to maintain or repair products, Product upgradability, Environmentally friendly products, Minimum 10-year warranty (service, labor and parts), No overproduction. Everything must be made to last, using the best materials and equipment available.

Rule 5 - Managers and employees of any company will be paid based on: personal qualification, production efficiency, level of product quality, low level of waste or scrap, low level of energy and resource consumption, employee happiness, good working conditions and respect for the environment. An employee's gender, religion, ethnicity or social origin should have no bearing on the salary received or working conditions.

Rule6 - Supply and demand will not affect the price but only the quantity in production. A national, real-time, open source database will be used for planning and to ensure that no citizen is left behind and does not run out of basic necessities.

Rule 7 - Any net benefit greater than 10% must be applied directly to the reduction in the sale price of the product.

Rule 8 - As production technology and skills are constantly improving, this leads to lower production costs. Therefore, an annual average price reduction of at least 2% is expected on each product.

Rule 9 - Automation, computing and robotics are evolving at an exponential rate. Therefore, the manufacturing industry will be subject to drastic changes in the near future. Even if they work fewer hours or stay at home, employees replaced by automated equipment will continue to receive their wages while the robots and automated systems will do their job almost for free.

This will gradually create deflation and a decrease in the need for money to live on. Once most of the country's manufacturing is automated, producing goods and services will cost next to nothing. Thus all products and services will be distributed free of charge to the population.

A massive nationalization of all production of goods and services would be highly recomanded. Due to the automation and simplifications of most government administrative tasks, many government employees would find a new career opportunity in these companies.
